Our Story
Since 2005, Culturally Ethnic Cuisine Foods II (CEC Foods II) has been a meal provider dedicated to alleviating hunger among school aged children and senior citizens; we do this, by partnering with daycares, schools, and adult care centers. CEC’s experienced and trained chefs use locally sourced, seasonal ingredients in order to create fresh and delicious meals for our clients.
Our business philosophy of maintaining long-term relationships with both our staff and our clients has allowed our business to grow in the Dayton area through word-of-mouth referrals. Simply put, CEC loves what they do – and their clients do too.
Menu
We provide a four-week rotating menu every three months. Our menus are seasonally based and are available for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Additionally, we have both morning and afternoon snack menus available.
Certifications
CEC Foods II is certified by Public Health Dayton and Montgomery County and by the Ohio Department of Agriculture.
Management & Staff
CEC’s staff are trained professionals in food safety certification and our menus are approved by the State of Ohio as well as our clients sponsors such as 4C for Children and community partners including the Restaurant Association.
Service
Currently, due to CDC rules governing the COVID 19 pandemic, delivery personel will wear masks while making their delieveries; however, they will not enter any facility. Instead, we leave the container at the door and pick up the container from the previous day which is brought back and sterilized at our facility.
Pricing
Pricing is based on the reimbursement rates recommended by the federal food reimbursement program. Additionally, we can assist your organization with the process to become eligible for the program.
